Alpine Communications bills in advance for services you subscribe to. Partial Month Charges may occur when you start or change services. If you add a new service, you are billed from the day the new service is activated. This means your next bill may include a full month of the new service, plus each day you had the new service before your billing cycle began. Partial Month Charges are determined by taking the total monthly charge and dividing it by 30 days. This is the cost-per-day of service. This figure is then multiplied by the number of days in the partial month.
Please view the “How to Read My Bill” guide for more information. If you have questions about the details of your bill, please call Customer Service at 563-245-4000.

Alpine Communications is looking for strategic places to expand our network and we are asking you to share your voice at join.alpinecom.net. We use the information we collect to determine where those places are. By signing up, you are expressing your interest in having services from Alpine Communications. It really is that simple! Once we have enough interest expressed in a specific area, we will consider constructing fiber-optic services there. The amount of work and expense to bring the Fusion Network to a neighborhood is huge. Simply put, the more support in your neighborhood, the more likely we are to bring fiber to your door.
