A typical day will include:
- Troubleshoot hardware, internet connectivity and configuration issues via phone, email and chat.
- Schedule and coordinate field broadband technician visits to customer locations.
- Research and collaborate with others to resolve technical problems.
- Document solutions to technical issues.
- Apply your degree, certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, CCNP, Google), and equivalent work experience while eager to enhance your IT knowledge and skills.
