We are carefully, selectively growing our team. We need an enthusiastic and personable individual to provide network technical support for internal and external customers.

A typical day will include:

  • Troubleshoot hardware, internet connectivity and configuration issues via phone, email and chat.
  • Schedule and coordinate field broadband technician visits to customer locations.
  • Research and collaborate with others to resolve technical problems.
  • Document solutions to technical issues.
  • Apply your degree, certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, CCNP, Google), and equivalent work experience while eager to enhance your IT knowledge and skills.
